The ABUS Rock Series Just Got Better

The new ABUS Rock Series has had a serious upgrade!

In doing this ABUS can achieve a higher security rating to previous ABUS Rock models. Also ABUS have made the new models accept various cylinders, the 570 Oval, ABUS fig 8 core & a half Euro cylinder (10/30), making this a truly world wide product. Higher security & multiple cylinder options making it a class above the competition.

ABUS ROCK 83CS/70 & 83/70

Lock body made of hardened steel with NANO PROTECT™ coating
Hardened special steel shackle with NANO PROTECT™ coating for very high corrosion protection
Double bolted locking mechanism increases the security of the lock
Key retaining: locking only with key (when open, the key cannot be removed)
Rekeyable: the cylinder can be exchanged and thus also adapted to existing bittings
Closed Shackle version (CS): shackle guard makes access using forcing tools such as bolt cutters difficult
Protected against drilling or pulling
Optionally available with fully detachable shackle
Australian Oval: accepts standard 570 Oval cylinders
With adaptor “EPZ” version: accepts standard Euro profile half cylinders (10/30)
With adaptor “Figure 8” version: accepts all cylinders from the ABUS 83 series
