Personal information held by LSC may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, email address, bank account or credit card details, occupation, driver's licence number and your LSC username or password.

Occasionally, you may need to provide personal information about other individuals to LSC (e.g. about your authorised representatives).
