When my grandfather Aubrey Johnson started this company in 1926 he had one simple philosophy: look after your customers and your staff all the time, every time. Thinking about recent history, those values couldn’t be more relevant. Throughout one of the most challenging periods the world has ever faced, I’m reminded how those values have focused our energy on what matters for you, and how you in turn have supported us and kept our team busy.
We’re fortunate to operate in an essential industry, one that’s been insulated from the worst economic effects of the pandemic. And when I think of how we’ve managed to bring you new and innovative things such as online training, a completely new website, new products; and how we’ve continued to upskill our team to better service you, I am incredibly proud.
