Last month, our Silca PM Tom Stokes and Technical Support officer Aaron Belfall were at Silca in Italy for hands on-training.

Topics covered included the Unocode F-Series, Futura family, and Protech – with a deep dive being taken into each machine. Silca’s Technical Assistance team along with factory assembly representatives joined in to keep us up to date around how the machines are put together, with special attention to be paid to servicing and calibrating.

We shared experiences from the market, and with Australian locksmiths being one of the most advanced bunch in the world – Silca value and need our feedback, experience and knowledge from the market to keep innovating and coming up with new solutions.
