The Silca ProTech Plus is a unique, semi-industrial machine for cutting, engraving and sorting different types of keys.
It offers precision, high speed, automated operation - perfect for cutting, engraving and sorting large quantities of keys.
Silca ProTech Plus differs from traditional industrial machinery in that it can accommodate a wide variety of different keys, and key types, and the user can easily change from cutting flat inline keys, to dimple keys, to track keys, or Abloy style keys in minimum time.
Normal CNC machinery requires hours and hours to configure and set up for a job – not so with Silca ProTech Plus – you can do it in a few minutes.
Silca designed the machine with the largest and most professional locksmiths, and specialised keying cells within manufacturers in mind.
No other machine offers the level of automation and stand alone ‘set and forget’ functionality.
Different versions of the machine allow a focus on flat inline keys, dimple and track keys, Abloy style keys, or combinations of the above.
The machine is fully controlled by a standard Windows PC, and the software can accept direct entry of key bitting and engraving data, or data can be imported from various file types including those generated from ProMaster or other common file types such as CSV or DAT.
